This week on The Big Podcast, Candace Parker spoke with Shaquille O'Neal and Nischell Turner about the NBA as it prepares for the All-Star break.

The Los Angeles Lakers came up in the podcast about a half-hour in, as they so frequently do in basketball discussions. Shaq used the occasion to express his regret to Rui Hachimura. Alternatively, "Rudy" Hachimura.

When Parker eventually intervenes and asks him to repeat Hachimura's name, Shaq first appears to understand but then immediately reverts to bewilderment.

You can't really tell if Shaq doesn't know Hachimura's first name or not. He has sunglasses inside and a powdered wig that looks vintage.

He could be making fun. Knowing nothing about players on teams that aren't in the playoffs at this stage may or may not be true. The Inside the NBA guys frequently appear to relish it.
