A Dallas Cowboys star player is allegedly being sued by a landlord for $250,000 for unpaid rent and property damage.

Defensive back Trevon Diggs is being sued in Denton County, Texas, according to Dallas television station WFAA.

Diggs is believed to have only made one on-time payment towards the lease agreement after signing a one-year lease on a home in Frisco in March of last year.

The Cowboys star, according to the former landlord, owes $33,500 in back rent and late fines that have accumulated throughout the term of the contract. I

The landlord claims that in addition to the rent and late fines, Diggs allegedly damaged the property.
