Thursday marked Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira's first red carpet-appearance since revealing they were expecting their first child together

The "Need to Know" singer, 54, cuddled his wife's growing baby belly on the runway as the Paraguayan model, 23, looked stunning and radiant in a blush-colored cape gown accented with dangling earrings and a matching necklace
“Baby’s first premios,” she captioned an Instagram Stories photo from the event.
Anthony, who played with Maluma at the event and won the Tropical Album of the Year honor for "Pa'lla Voy," went shirtless for the evening and wore a grey brocade blazer, black slacks, and eyeglasses.
“Baby is happy too!” he captioned a sweet snap of Ferreira posing with his trophy backstage; she dropped three white hearts in the comments section.

On Valentine's Day, just two weeks after their celebrity-studded nuptials, the couple revealed they were having their first child together and Anthony's seventh child.
