Jalen Carter announcement becomes popular

Top prospects for the forthcoming NFL Draft typically choose not to take part in the Scouting Combine's exercise sessions.

Jalen Carter, a defensive lineman for Georgia and a predicted first-round selection, appears to fit that description.

"Georgia DL Jalen Carter, considered one of the top players in this year’s draft, will not participate in the workout portion of this week’s combine but will do the interviews with teams and the physical.”

“His agents, Drew Rosenhaus, and Ryan Matha told teams that Carter will work out at his Georgia Pro Day on March 15"

With 32 tackles, seven tackles for loss, three sacks, and two forced turnovers in 2022, Carter had a good season.

Carter was selected to the First-Team AP All-America Team for 2022 after the season.
