Is Big Ten Football Significantly Reducing Ticket Costs?

In terms of admission prices, one Big Ten school plans to prioritise its supporters in 2023.

The University of Illinois on Wednesday unveiled a programme dubbed "FamILLy First" that will lower season ticket costs by an average of 17%, with decreases in many stadium sections of around 35%.

The Illini want to create "a solid community around game day at Memorial Stadium" by refraining from price extortion.
