Caitlin Clark Is Thinking About Returning For A Fifth Season
A top player in women's collegiate basketball may decide to return to Iowa for a fifth season in a few years.
On the Dan Patrick Show, Caitlin Clark said she might use her COVID extra year to play a fifth season at Iowa.
As a sophomore, Clark has excelled for the team this year. She has assisted the team in achieving a 23-6 record thus far this season while scoring 27 points, seven boards, and eight assists.
She recently made a buzzer-beater to help Iowa, the nation's sixth-ranked squad, defeat No. 2 Indiana on Sunday. She ended as the top scorer for the Hawkeyes with 34 points, nine boards, and nine assists.
The Hawkeyes can certainly contend for a national championship given how strong they have been, particularly if Clark continues playing like this.
She has played in 91 games for her career, scoring an average of 27 points and pulling down seven boards per contest.
